UMCA, MCA, SCPA and BHHA are helping the LAFD and LAPD organize the upcoming Wildfire Evacuation Exercise to be held on May 19, 2019 in our neighborhood. All residents are urged to participate. This practice run will help Fire Fighters and Police prepare and it will assure that we will remain calm and be safe in a real emergency. In 2014, 900 cars were evacuated out of the Canyon in 45 minutes. Let's get everybody out this time.

There will be a TOWN HALL MEETING two weeks prior to the evacuation on April 30, 2019, 7:30 pm at the Paul Revere School Auditorium. LAFD will instruct us in Fire Safety and a panel of experts will address your questions.
